Remote German Customer Support Expert for Travel Marketplace  

Your Profile

- German is your first language, and you have a B2 level in English 

- You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree

- You have an interest in the travel industry

- You are a good communicator

- You enjoy helping people

- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus but not required

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service: calls, emails, and chat

- Analyze and resolve complaints

- Insurance policy management and cancellation demands

- Manage escalated or critical calls

- Handle complex complaints professionally and timely
