Customer Care Agent (German market) in Lisbon

Your profile:

- Fluent in German.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Some experience in customer service it's a plus but not mandatory. 

- Experience with MS Office.

- Customer-oriented.

- Listening skills.

Your day-to-day:

- Capture customer information in the CRM system.

- Take incoming calls and email inquiries from customers. 

- Help customers with information in two areas: Vision Care and Pharma.

- Inform customers about products and services.
