German-speaking Customer Representative

 

The company:

Welcome to one of the largest financial service providers in the world. Headquartered in New York City, it is a leading supplier of card solutions and card programs.  

 

The role:

You will offer assistance, answers and information to clients in your language. As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for customer questions, supporting the Card Solutions division with telephone and written advice in our contact center in Lisbon.

This is your new job in Lisbon if 

- You have excellent communication skills in German and you are fluent in English (spoken and written) 

- You enjoy dealing with people, and you have excellent communication skills

- You have an international mindset, and you are happy to relocate to sunny Portugal

***Experience in a contact center role is a plus! 

 

Your day to day at work:

- Edit questions about the account, username or password

- Clarify questions about financial overview and postings

- Provide information on various Card Solutions products

- Assist on the Mobile app

- Process reports on lost or stolen cards
