German Customer Support (Lisbon based)

Your Profile

- You have excellent communication skills in German  

- You are fluent in English (level C2 at least) 

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You are in love with the hotel industry 

 Your responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.

- Bridge between the hotels and the suppliers: Information, support, complaints B2B

- Support clients with search and advice, identifying their needs 

- Help to establish and maintain effective collaboration with hotels partners
