Your Profile:

- Your first language is German, and you are fluent in English (from B2)

Your Responsibilities:

- Ability to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels

- Provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance to customers in your mother language in a friendly and efficient manner

- Gather contacts and documents of customers
