German-speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Lisbon

 

The role:

You will be part of the Customer Service Support team, providing inbound assistance to customers by telephone and email in German. Your mission is to focus on building strong relationships with users, doing your best to create delighted customers.

 

Your opportunity:

We are in search of German speakers to deliver quality customer service for big global companies. Join the International Lisbon team and help our client’s growing communities proactively and reactively, across multiple communication channels. 

 

✅ This is your new job in Lisbon if

- You are proficient in German and fluent in English

- You have excellent communications skills and you like helping people

- You are happy to stay at least 12 months in sunny Lisbon

- You have availability to work 40 hours a week (possibly weekend)

 

Your day to day at work:

- Answer standard questions about account management, invoices, billing, content and navigation via phone and chat

- Support customers with software functionality, system configurations and network settings

- Solve complaints and concerns

- Professional management of customer data
