✅ Your Profile:

- Fluent in German and proficient in English.

- You are able to work from Monday to Sunday.

- You are happy to work in shifts (you will be assigned a daily working time of 8 hours with a break of one hour and you will be informed of your work schedule in advance).

- You have excellent communication skills.

- Customer oriented.

- Active listening skills. 

 

❤ Your responsibilities:

- Provide first-class customer support to help business clients make the best possible use of their marketing presence on the social network.

- Process inquiries from new and existing customers by phone, email and live chat.

- Outbound calls with customers who have previously contacted the platform via other channels like chat or email.

- Offer customer solutions thanks to your product knowledge.

- Advise, train and support the customer before and after the purchase of company services on Social Media and WhatsApp.

- Solve technical problems like advertising, technical errors, and questions.

- Process payments and billing issues.
