Your Profile

- Proficient in German and Fluent in English (B2-B1)

- Available to work 40 hours a week from Monday to Sunday

- You are result-oriented, a team player, and professional

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities

- Provide inbound assistance to existing German-speaking customers via telephone and e-mail (billing issues, streaming errors, internet connectivity errors, content issues)

- Solve complaints, concerns, and queries

- Manage the customer's data
