What you can expect:
- Our interesting and challenging work environment will provide you with the opportunity to put theoretic knowledge into practice and gain an insight into diverse fields of business
- You support the Global Merchandise Projects Planning & Reporting team of Hugo Boss,
- this includes the assistance in various strategic and cross-functional projects as well as supporting the team in its daily routine.
- You will be involved in the business concept development, including communication to business partner such as global merchandise planning and buying team, Retail Operations, Digital Retail/Ecommerce, the IT department and others
- You will be part of the different testing phases for SAP based applications
- You will write training and how-to-documentations for the global user target group together with the project managers
- You will be responsible for driving your first own projects and initiatives, e.g. developing an Excel/VBA based analysing tool
- Also, you will contribute to internal project coordination as well as the preparation of project meetings and management presentations
Your profile:
- You are studying Economics, Business Administration or Business Informatics or a related field and you already passed the first semesters
- You are highly proficient with MS Office (especially Excel, VBA knowledge is desirable)
- You have excellent analytical, conceptual and communicational skills and enjoy working in a team
- You are characterized by good organizational skills, a structured approach, a quick mind and the ability to work independently
- You enjoy working with IT systems and complex tasks
- You have a good command of English (spoken and written)
