Communication Coordinator Indirect Sales Residential Responsible for all Marketing Communication activities for the residential market indirect sales, support realisation of targets Manager Indirect Sales Residential within budget limitations Responsible for Co-Advertising plans and POS material (Retailers, OEM partners)Responsible for coordinating Marketing Communication programs with Marketing Department Responsible for coordinating contacts with advertising / media agencies Marketing Communication activities Develop all Marketing Communication activities (DM projects, media campaigns etc.) for the residential market indirect sales, together with Manager Indirect Sales Residential Implement all Marketing Communication activities within budget limitations Evaluate all Marketing Communication activities, in cooperation with Database Management Report to Manager Marketing Communication and Manager Indirect Sales Residential on progress Marketing Communication activities (effectiveness) Co -Advertising and POS materials Provide Retailers with POS materials Develop Co-Advertising programs for Retailers and OEM partners, together with Manager Indirect Sales Residential Implement and manage execution of Co-Advertising programs Coordinate contacts with Retailers / OEM partners concerning Marketing Communications activities Evaluate Co-Advertising programs with Manager Marketing Communication and Manager Indirect Sales Residential Coordinate Marketing Communication programs with Marketing Department

Involve Product Management and Loyalty Management in developing Marketing Communication programs

Inform Product Management and Loyalty Management on briefings Marketing Communication programs

Evaluate effectiveness Marketing Communication programs with Database Management

Coordinate contacts with advertising/media agencies Brief advertising/media agencies according to Marketing Communication programs

Manage the actions of advertising/media agencies Debrief advertising/media agencies when Marketing Communication programs are finished
General

Be a sparring partner for Manager Indirect Sales Residential in developing Marketing Communication and Co-Advertising programs

Measure & monitor effectiveness of all Marketing Communication efforts in terms of financial and/or commercial goals

Control costs of Marketing Communication activities Keep relevant Departments (Marketing, COD) informed on Marketing Communication programs Internal: Manager Marketing Communication Manager Indirect Sales Residential Marketing Department COD Department External: Retailers, OEM partners Suppliers (advertising/media agencies etc.)

Education: HBO level Specialisation in Business (HEAO CE) or Communications (HEAO CO)

Work Experience: Minimum of three years experience in developing and implementing Marketing Communication programs in an Internet/Telecom/advertising agency environment Technical and/or Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Marketing Communications (online and offline tools) General knowledge of and experience in all Marketing Communication aspects (below and above the line) Specific knowledge of / experience in Retail Knowledge of the ISP/Telecom industry Experience in managing and following-up on execution of Marketing Communication and Co-Advertising programs Used to work with external (advertising/media) agencies Used to work with measurement & performance tools (effectiveness) Ability to meet tight (internal) deadlines and manage a number of projects at the same time Strong organisational skills (planning) Hands-on, practical approach Knows how to get things done Overview of running assignme
