PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The mission of the Digital Business Services Board Area is to make every customer a best-run business by driving strategy to execution for our applications and with our support strategy to grow and safeguard SAP’s installed base while providing innovations without disruption.

The Digital Business Services strategy aims to enable the customer to succeed as intelligent enterprise.

The DBS portfolio team is moving the strategy into execution by developing key services and offerings that foster the success and transformation of our customers.

In this context the service and support portfolio builds the backbone for the adoption of the SAP products

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The DBS Portfolio Team is currently rebuilding and reorganizing the complete service portfolio. We are currently introducing a wholistic service lifecycle management process across all lines of services and lines of business.

Therefore, we need a student to support the project management of the portfolio renovation as well as someone who can actively participate in the renovation tasks.

In this respect the student gets a deep introduction to our service portfolio products and our offering setup as well as to the complete service portfolio lifecycle management.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration
  • Computer skills: MS Office    
  • Language skills: English    
  • Soft skills: Good organizational skills as well as good team player    
  • Ideally you live near to Walldorf
