PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Total Rewards Germany is responsible for designing and executing compensation and benefits services and solutions that support the attraction and retention of the right talent and embody SAP’s pay strategy to drive desired behaviors and outcomes to achieve our business growth strategy.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The position is within the Total Rewards Team and has focus on specific Benefits Topics in Germany. In particular the working student is closely aligned and supporting our TR Partner starting with the handling of building loans with focus on support of daily business.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Natural team player with a strong customer-focus and a positive and constructive attitude
• Word, Excel, Outlook
• Appropriate German and English Language skills    

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
