De Functie

The Footwear Developer is responsible for developing a certain product group, which goes from researching the market, making concepts, evaluating designs, making color proposals and collecting market feedback to finalizing the products.


The Footwear Developer has the following result responsibilities:

Footwear development
• transfers market feedback from retailers , trend agents and our client's sales offices into new concepts;
• explains and protects concepts towards head office;
• evaluates designs according to the concepts;
• collects market feedback from all different sides in order to improve sample proposals into a new sample stage;
• makes color proposals for the product group responsible;
• registers all information concerning the product group responsible in order to help all our client's sales offices with questions and makes technical documentation.
