EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Good business analysis and project management skills
• Very good communication skills
• Closely work with customers, partners and production teams to enhance the solution and systems
• Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to non-scientific audiences
• Ability to visualize data and present core insights in a clear and compelling way
• Any previous experience with video making tools is a plus
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with a lean product development process through rapid iteration is a plus
• Understanding of statistical and technical methods to produce relevant insights out of massive amounts of data is a plus
• High energy, clear goal orientation, strong work ethics, and “can do” attitude are musts 
• Strong enthusiasm and interest for new technologies and business models of the next generation
• Eager to learn and “hands-on” team player
• Any previous consulting experience is a plus
• Ability to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment is a must

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or at university of applied science
• Preferred fields of studies: Bachelor or any higher degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Informatics or any other related field
• Ability to understand complex IT landscape (e.g. integration, authentication, hosting & deployment) is a plus
• Having a firm understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts (e.g. Natural Language Processing, Image Processing, Deep Learning) is a plus
• Programming skills are not required, but understanding key programming concepts and any previous programming experience are highly appreciated
• Very strong business acumen
• Any video-making or photoshop skills are more than welcome 
• Very good MS Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint and Excel) 
• A natural collaborator comfortable working with a diverse range of people across different geographies and organizational borders
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must
• Any other language is a plus ​​​​​​​
