PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
The SAP S/4HANA Product Management team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team in the area of S/4HANA SAP Cloud Platform Enablement for a 6-month internship based in Potsdam, Germany. 
The SAP Cloud Platform is SAP’s digital enterprise platform supporting customers, partners and internal development in developing scalable applications. With its current products SAP RealSpend, SAP Financial Statement Insights, SAP Cloud for Real Estate and SAP S/4HANA Software Development Kit (SDK) the team is creating solutions which support for example cost center managers, finance professionals, CFOs and real estate managers in their daily work by providing financial insights, personalized ad-hoc analyses of financial statements, space utilization, facility costs, global portfolio compositions – all in real-time. The SAP S/4HANA SDK enables software developers to reduce the effort of building applications for SAP S/4HANA on SAP Cloud Platform by providing Java libraries and toolsets for them.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an SAP S/4HANA Product Management intern in the area of S/4HANA SAP Cloud Platform Enablement you will:

• Cooperate with other engineers and product owners in an ever-evolving, agile environment
• Play a key role in defining and implementing services and solutions that have impact across our entire company
• Understand the SAP Cloud Platform offering and contribute to the success of the SAP S/4HANA Software Development Kit (SDK)
• Be part of a team that owns products, tools and services that help other teams deliver better software and improve our relationship with customers

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. 

• A solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (Candidate for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science)
• Candidate must currently be enrolled graduate degree program which is applicable to the position
• Good analytical and design skills – you should be able to think about problems broadly and deeply
• Experience in coding object-oriented and modularized software with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C, Swift, Haskell, JavaScript
• Good understanding of cloud solution dynamics
• Good presentation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge with office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a lack of fear for learning something new. You should be open to learning from others and willing to help mentor and teach.

• Understand the problem space by interacting with internal stakeholders
• Understand SAPs existing solutions in adjacent areas

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
