PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We do this by enabling sales people, sales managers and sales leaders in various functions across all regions and countries with high profile enablement programs.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Expectations & tasks: Our expectation is to employ a highly-motivated individual who is interested in communicating across and working with multiple teams and colleagues from many nationalities.  The tasks include administration and project management support, delivery of project plans and supporting material, and some event support for classroom enablement.
This job offers the unique opportunity to work in a highly agile and fast paced sales enablement environment on a global basis. We work with a diversity of people and topics while maintaining a very high level of professional standard. This is the ideal basis to look into how sales enablement is being done across all phases of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training activities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Economics, Education, Sales
• Computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook
• Language skills: English, German would help but is not required
• Soft skills: Communication, International sensitivity, Proactive drive
• Others: Project management experience is a plus
