De organisatie is gevestigd in Amsterdam en biedt zeer goede doorgroeimogelijkheden op termijn.Om verdere groei te realiseren zijn wij voor deze opdrachtgever op zoek naar zeer gedreven:
Team leader Small Business Customers
Belgium, location Amsterdam
REPORTS TO Sales Manager GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the internal sales force selling to Small Business Customers. Motivate sales force to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive, career development, reporting mechanisms and one-on-one relationship building.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Dependable attendance is a requirement of the job.)
1. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the sales force.
2. Analyse various sales reports to determine buyer/buying influences and project sales to establish quotas.
3. Resolve complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services.
4. Participate and close large sales opportunities with sales representatives.
5. Provide management to a unit by establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripherals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Prefer a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience and 2+ years management experience.
Must have proven success in consistently managing sales group to achieve goals.
French, English and preferably Dutch language skills required
INTERACTIONS:
Respond to basic questions, receive and/or share information, promote, influence, negotiate, sell and/or advise customers, peers, staff, and management within and outside the department. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.
