Working Student - Customer Support FR in Berlin

What are you going to do:
YOUR TASKS:
- You assist the customer support team at our headquarters in Berlin with all French speaking customer requests in a friendly and competent way via email or phone (inbound).
- You ensure the user's satisfaction by identifying and solving the user's inquiries.
YOUR PROFILES:
- You are a student and want to be enrolled for at least 2 more semesters.
- You have excellent knowledge in French AND English language; German language skills are a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and you enjoy to deal with customers.
