  • Support our Partner Marketing team to develop, direct and execute co-marketing campaigns (TV, Online, Print, CRM, PR) to drive subscriptions
  • Create, develop and launch Partner Marketing campaigns that drive new member acquisition, brand love and boost user engagement.
  • Work closely cross functionally internally with Marketing, Distribution, Product, UX, Design, Program and other teams, as well as externally with various partners
  • Support the Partner Marketing team in consulting cooperation partners
  • Report, monitor, and optimize partner marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate of advertising materials (online & offline)
  • Design and create pitch presentations for the Partner Marketing Managers

How you do it:

  • You manage your own marketing campaigns according to the prior briefing.
  • You prioritize your own work together with your supervisor. 
  • You monitor, analyze and monitor the performance of campaigns.
  • You provide partners with promotional materials to ensure our content highlights and our brand is being promoted as its best within partner communication.

What we ask:

  • At least finished bachelor degree in marketing or business administration
  • Work experience, preferably in Marketing, is a big plus
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office (most importantly in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Hands-on mentality, commitment and self-management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in an ambiguous, dynamic startup environment
  • Excitement to roll up sleeves and make a big impact on a rapidly growing company
  • You are an excellent communicator  able to communicate constantly at all levels, you possess a high level of fluency in both German and English
