Your Impact

As we're expanding into the Italian market, we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Italian speaking Intern to join our team in Berlin.

You will be working alongside the GTM Lead and the Sales team with hands-on tasks around our expansion. This internship has a specific focus on sales, business development and product expansion.

Duration: 4-6 months
Start: January 2027

• Hands on support of our sales team in their day-to-day work, including customer contact
• Translate and develop our sales decks and marketing material
• Take part in events, fairs and customers visits on-side in Italy
• Support the development of AI and automation tools that improve our effectiveness
• The role has a 75/25 split between operational tasks & strategic topics.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or software engineering
• Previous startup, consulting or VC experience
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Based in Berlin with a willingness to work hybrid (office in Mitte)

Heating our buildings causes around 25% of Europe's CO₂ emissions. Decarbonizing it depends on installers - and there are far too few of them to keep up with the growing demand for heat pumps.

autarc is building the operating system for energy installers across Europe: software that makes planning, designing and installing heat pumps faster and more digital. Our goal is to help plan and design 1 million heat pumps by 2030.
