In 2004 Avio-Diepen conducted its first global customer satisfaction research survey. The survey was designed to gain insight into Avio-Diepen’s performance in the marketplace

The internship:
Following this, we would like to conduct a survey by mid 2006 amongst our suppliers to learn more about their experience with Avio-Diepen. How do these suppliers see Avio-Diepen, what is (in their eyes) the added value of Avio-Diepen, how do they rate our activities vs. our competitors, what kind of threats or opportunities see they, etc. etc.

The survey:
- Define what the survey is about
- Define when the survey is to start and end
- Define how to select respondents
- Define how to initiate interviews and build a report
- Define how each question to be asked and in what order
- Define how to choose methods of probing, encouraging responses
- Define how each questionnaire is to be examined
- Define what to do with the completed questionnaires

The survey needs to be set up in such a way that it can be repeated on a bi-annual basis; feedback has to be analyzed and a summary of recommended follow-up actions will be part of the traineeship.
