Jobbeschreibung
- Be responsible for the commercial development of internal and in-licensed pipeline assets in heart failure and adjacent indications
- Support commercial strategy development for pipeline assets and portfolio decisions to ensure a healthy balance of innovation as well as life cycle management
- Lead/support the definition of Target Product Profile (TPP), product positioning, financial forecast, and brand planning, with increasing granularity as the pipeline assets mature
- Shape a franchise by supporting and leading the definition of franchise strategy and drive portfolio decisions to ensure sustainability
- Support M&A, business development and licensing (BD&L) as well as partnering activities including regional opportunities
- Act as a marketing lead (m/f) at Global Program Teams and as a team member (m/f) for the interface between Strategic Marketing, BD&L,R&D, Strategic Planning, Market Access, regions, and Finance
- Support the franchise lead with operations of New Product Commercialization Franchise Core Teams
- Support New Product Commercialization, Therapeutic Area, and Strategic Marketing heads for strategy development, franchise management, financial forecasting as well as brand strategy development
- Ph.D. degree in life sciences and several years of work experience in pharmaceutical industry or alternatively a master degree in life sciences with long-term experience or an advanced degree in business administration or MBA with several years of work experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Profound therapeutic and commercial knowledge in heart failure and broad cardiovascular areas (CV) are essential
- Experiences in the areas of strategic marketing, operative strategic marketing, direct M&S experience in key markets, or expertise in launching products in heart failure/CV are necessary
- In-depth understanding of financial models as well as a basic understanding and knowledge of drug discovery and R&D processes
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated strategic thinking as well as exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to cooperate and work in teams, a high level of interpersonal and intercultural skills as well as excellent communication capabilities
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
