As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will support the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Your responsibilities will include active sourcing of candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and creating and managing job advertisements.
• In addition, you will contribute to employer branding activities and assist with onboarding preparations for new employees.
