, Deloitte, and EY.We are looking for an Associate Director, Field Sales, to drive sustainable expansion as the first-choice VDR provider in the DACH Region. Based in Frankfurt and reporting to the Sales Director Europe, you'll build and lead a team targeted on securing new client partnerships and expanding into new verticals – always anchored in the highest security and compliance standards our clients depend on.
We seek a proven sales leader with a track record of methodical team development, hands-on coaching and a high level of personal excellence. You'll drive regional growth by balancing team development with hands-on deal execution. The role calls for a strong advocate of value-based selling who leverages sales metrics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and coach the team to exceed targets.
