Head of Finance / CFO (m/w) in München

Your role in this journey

• Management and further expansion of the finance and accounting team

• Creating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as insourcing of the accounting
• Generating monthly reports for investors and board meetings

• Budget planning, liquidity planning, performance controlling, variance analysis

• Management of debtor and creditor accounting

• Fundraising support in venture capital financing rounds

• Secure loans and working capital financing

• Implement robust financial processes within the company

• Selection, negotiation and supervision of our payment-providers for online bookings

• Responsibility for intercompany accounting and international taxation

• If necessary contact person for legal topics within Holidu

Your backpack is filled with

• Job and team lead experience for several years in finance, controlling & accounting
• Understanding for all financial processes of a company

• Proficiency in international accounting and taxes

• Comprehension for Online Business Models and the influence of efficient payment processes
• Go-Getter-Mentality as well as ability to independently handle problems with uncertainties
• Good German and fluent English skills
• Ideally experience within start-ups or venture capital financed companies
• CFA, CA or other certifications are a plus.
