Communitymanagement Mobilegaming (GER, ENG, ESP, ITA, or FRA) in Berlin
We are looking for a parttime (20hrs per week) Player Support Specialist for our awesome football manager game SEASON 18, who reinforces our multicultural support team. Ideally, this person is a native speaker and loves football and games in general. Are you self-driven and hands-on? Can you make decisions independently? Do you mind getting your hands dirty by addressing players on an individual level? Great, we have a team structure with minimal hierarchy and no red tape, where the only limits to what's achievable are set by your imagination. If you want to make a difference for players every single day, this might be the right place for you.
Was du machen wirst:
- Chat & Communicate with Users via our online Supporttool
- Report issues to our developers and create tasks in our production tool
- Monitor, manage and moderate the english speaking SEASON 18 Facebook group
- Update and optimize the ingame FAQs
- Translate and correct existing and new textcontent via our translation tool
