By joining our HR team, you will not only be able to improve and develop your skills in the Human Resources field but also evolve as a person by bringing in your own ideas and implement them. As a company that is currently growing very fast, there is always plenty of room for your expertise, ideas and efforts. Therefore, you will be able to experience the full scope within the HR field starting from recruitment, employer branding, employee benefits to German labour law and will contribute in various projects and even lead some of your own.

What you will be working on

• Gaining knowledge on various HR regulations and German labour law
• Assist in preparing HR related legal documents
• Ensure a smooth process for the onboarding and offboarding procedure of new employees
• Organizing different events and activities for employees (e.g. company trips, workshops)
• Independently drive short and long-term projects within the areas of employer branding, employee benefits, university relations etc.
  
  

What we are looking for

• Business related degree, preferably with specialization in Human Resources
• Problem solving and detail oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask on several short and long-term projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Fluent in English, and German is desirable
