Today, Customer Service has around 1900 employees globally and has so far established 9 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 5 different languages.
As a Team Leader for the German-speaking market your main responsibility is to lead a group of customer service agents who help our German-speaking customers with all their questions. Your primary tasks will be to support and develop the agents, so that they can offer the best service to our customers in an efficient way. To achieve this, you will hold development talks, give daily feedback and make sure that the other factors that involve our daily business are in balance. You are part of the Team Leader team and report to the Center Operations Manager.

At the same time you are confident enough to coach and inspire them. You have a clear vision about what great customer service is and how you want to develop this in the future. As a person you are outgoing, flexible and stress resistant. You always want to learn new things and actively work to improve both others and your own performance. You live our values and you are fashion minded. We require native German and good English, both written and spoken.
