Junior Position: Arabic Material Development in Köln
Learnship is looking for a full-time junior staff member to join our Material Development team in Cologne, Germany, for a duration of one year.
Was du machen wirst:
- Administration of content in online content library (uploading, deleting, renaming, etc.)
- Proofreading, correcting and formatting Arabic material
- Creating Arabic tests
- Digitizing published content using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Standard and image editing software
- Advising on Arabic teaching
- Alignment with Arabic teaching professionals from all over the world

Was wir erwarten:
- Native or native-level (B2+) Arabic speaker
- Fluency in English (B2+) is a must
- Other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with Modern Standard Arabic and conceptual understanding of dialect differences in the Arabic world
- Has extensive experience working with Microsoft office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Ideally has previous experience creating learning materials or teaching
- Has a background in Linguistics / Arabic / Education or a similar field
- Ability to work independently on tasks
- An eye for detail and design
- High-level of comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new formatting skills
- Enthusiasm for the product
- Energetic, highly-motivated and flexible with a friendly personality
- A ‘hands-on´ mentality and pro-active approach
- Enjoys working in a multilingual team
