German speaking team leader Customer Service Maastricht in Maastricht, Limburg

Work Description
As a Team Leader your main responsibility is to coach a group of Customer Service Centre Agents (15 to 20 employees), who help our customers with all their questions.

Your primary tasks will be to support and develop the agents, so they can offer the best service to our customers in an efficient way. To achieve this, you will hold development talks, give daily feedback and make sure the other factors, that involve our daily business, are in balance (by checking the schedules, incoming traffic, dividing the tasks etcetera).

You are part of the Team Leader team and report to the Centre Operations Manager.

You are a good role model and your fashion minded.

We require native German and excellent English both written and spoken. We also require good computer skills.
