Your deliverables

• Generating leads for our office sales (13 offices in our coworking space in Neukölln)
• Managing potential office tenants from leads to signature
• Supporting Partnerships & Sales Managers in filling in the sales pipeline with highly prospective leads, ie. through research and mailing
• Supporting Partnerships & Sales Managers in preparing CRM reports, emailing sequences and workflows.
• Ensuring a smooth usage of the CRM and performing regular data clean-ups
• Supporting the creation of pitch decks and proposals
• Assisting the Partnerships & Sales Managers in daily tasks
