What can you expect?

• Take over production role in product projects within the lifecycle management
• Work with outsourced production partners within projects
• Steer the design transfer process from change request to implementation with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead smaller product change projects
• Support continuous improvement of operations processes
• Prepare and perform supplier meetings
• Prepare action plans with production partners incl. execution, and follow up tracking
• Check production capacities on a regular basis with suppliers

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Quality Management or others related to Business and Operations Management
• Strong analytical skills as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Independent, detailed and systematic way of working
• Hands-on mentality, solution oriented and a creative mindset
• Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Very good communication skills in German and English, written and verbally

3. Im Anschluss bitten wir Dich 2 Aufgaben mit einer maximalen Dauer von 45min umzusetzen. Dafür hast Du 24 Stunden Zeit und kannst Dir daher Deine Zeit selbst einplanen.
4. Du erhältst in spätestens 2 Werktagen eine Rückmeldung, ob Du es in den Talentpool geschafft hast
