Your tasks

As a working student in HR Services - you will play an important role in the continuous improvement of our department. These will be your main tasks:

• You will play a key role in analysing the existing HR processes and identifying potential improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of HR services
• You will analyse HR data from our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to provide support for decision-making
• You will demonstrate your Excel skills by handling large amounts of data with ease
• You will craft process documentation, templates and forms

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student (all gender) in the field of human resources, business administration or a similar degree programme
• You are interested in HR topics and process optimisation
• You are independent, reliable and structured
• Communication in German and English is no problem for you
• You are comfortable with the common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
