ROLE AND OBJECTIVES

As an International Management Trainee in Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful and internationally oriented career. In this 24-month programme, you will work on cross-functional and cross-market projects within Central Europe as BAT's second largest area, including the end markets Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, and the Baltics.

Starting Salary: 55.800€ + annual bonus

Start Date: Flexible – ideally January-March 2024

Language Skills: Fluency in German & English is a must
