As a working student in Backend (m/f/d), you will mainly focus on building the underlying cloud services, but also help to improve the web application. You engage with task & workflow orchestration systems, annotation web applications, user management & IAM, and many more aspects of our highly scalable services. As a team, we build, ship, and operate our products to make AI accessible.

What can you expect?

• You build features in a microservice architecture within an experienced team
• You write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• You build applications and improve existing services, that make the management of our annotation projects more efficient
• You contribute to our DevOps efforts to build, test, and release software faster and more reliable
• You work with our tech stack TypeScript, Node.js, Express/Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Google Cloud Plattform

What should you bring along?

• You have an active student status & you are eager to learn and open-minded
• You acquired your first software engineering skills, and want to evolve those
• You worked with one or more of the technologies listed
• You have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
