Raisin Bank AG is a German CRR credit institution headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. The company with a full banking license specializes in corporate customers and acts as a cooperation partner for third-party companies.

What are your main responsibilities?:

• Handling general enquiries by chat, e-mail and telephone
• Support in resolving technical application problems with transactions
• Taking over back-office tasks: this includes checking ID and address data, as well as checking and changing customer data
• Follow-up and documentation of customer concerns

Service hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm

Languages incl. level:

Dutch - mother tongue

English - B2

Hours per week:

20h

Attention: The training to prepare you for your work is in full time (2 weeks)!
