Project Management Officer in Singapur

The incumbent will manage the overall initiative portfolio in DHL eCommerce including initiative planning, progress monitoring, management updates, stakeholder engagement  


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop DHL eCommerce AP initiative portfolio, roadmap, milestones and project plans

Monitor Progress of Projects and escalate any deviations from project plans

Support initiative teams in structuring activities and highlight interdependencies in initiative portfolio

Prepare and conduct management updates on progress of initiatives

Ensure internal communication on initiatives to safeguard progress of transformation

Full account of all initiatives, their progress and success

Follow-up on all deliverables and monitoring of compliance with timelines

Assurance of management oversight on initiative content development

Escalation of any interdependencies and deviations from plan



REQUIRED SKILLS:


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Effective presentation, oral and written communications skills
Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and  organizational skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently


EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:

·   Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of equivalent experience.
·   Minimum of 1-2 year project management experience.
·   Project Management Certification preferred.
