We are currently looking for a native Greek speaker to join our team as a Supervisor / Sales Coach!

This is an exciting opportunity for people with creativity and passion.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Key responsible for growing the Sales skills of the team 
  • Acts as a point of reference for any knowledge question on sales technics 
  • Constantly improves performance of the team versus the estab-lished monitoring grid 
  • Runs HP monthly quality cycle based on the call opening, objec-tions, negotiation, closing 
  • Mainly focuses on end user sales support 
  • Call monitoring of country agents on their daily communication with End-Users 
  • Evaluating the agents’ performance and coaching them to improve their communication and soft sales skills 
  • Providing feedback to the Supervisors and the Operation Manager regarding the agents’ performance 
  • Manage the quality report by assuring the rating of every agent every month and involving key resources as part of this process
Our requirements:

  • At least twelve (12) consecutive months manager or team leader experience in a call center environment
  • Background in Sales desirable
  • Graduate studies or equivalent 
  • Proficient knowledge of English 
  • Proficient knowledge of French, Turkish or Arabic can be of advantage
  • Performance results on Quality & Efficiency Metrics : 5 out of 6 months on target or sustained improvement demonstrated
