DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Native / advanced level of German and conversational English
• Experience within content moderation, customer service or other contact center environments will be valued.
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience with social media platforms is desired
• Any experience with artificial intelligence is considered an added value

WHAT WE OFFER:

• 39h/week contract, with fixed working hours. The shifts are fixed. 
• Option between 3 different shifts: morning shift (08:00h to 16:00h), afternoon shift (16:00h to 00:00h) or night shift (00:00h to 08:00h)
• We guarantee two free weekends per month and provide your schedule at least 1 month in advance.
• Working and training from home until the offices will reopen
