We are recruiting for a Senior Program Manager to join Student Programs to review and re-design recruitment processes. You will play a critical role as we build out our roadmap for improvements. You will take the lead in implementing and driving cross-functional partnerships to identify, design, and implement value added efficiency workflows that will change the way we manage our working students pipeline in EMEA.

Student Programs is growing, and all of our colleagues will require builder mentality, flexibility, business acumen, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. This role requires program management experience, creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior leaders on status, risks and process/communication changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, and written communication skills are essential.



Key job responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement a workflow for working students pipeline in EMEA.
• Build project plans, products and mechanisms to operate and audit the working students hiring across multiple tracks, business segments and locales
• Drive and manage detailed data analysis to shape and scope solutions; ability to partner with and influence teams and stakeholders at a senior level
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation, identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive solutions

A day in the life
As a program owner, you will partner strategically with senior leaders across Amazon's People Experience and Technology team, representatives across Amazon's lines of business, and internal Student Programs team colleagues as the voice of the customer. Key areas of focus include: managing demand, interviewing, candidate assessments, and candidate placement.
