Was du machen wirst:

We are working with the US embassy in Berlin to help US Americans living in Germany to renew their passports, by saving them a trip to the Embassy.
Customers sign up with us and pay the fee online, then send their documents to our office in Berlin Zehlendorf, where you check if their application is complete and deliver them to the US embassy.
All customer communication is done through our ticketing system. Demand fluctuates, but we get around 5 passport applications per week. The total effort shouldn't be more than 2-3 hours a week.
You can set your time as needed, but we do look for routine appointments with the embassy to make ​the ​process as easy as possible.

We pay €25 per passport delivered to the US embassy, paid either monthly or weekly.

Extra Informationen

Passports are delivered to our mailbox at a co-working space in Zehlendorf - you're free to use the space there, or just pick up the mail.
