The Reviews team in Berlin is responsible for Amazon’s worldwide approach to review solicitation, contribution and discovery on the site.

As the right candidate, you will possess a strong program management background, have demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional projects, and have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies. You will manage large programs with cross-organizational impact that require you to be a collaborative and curious self starter. This role will allow you to propose and drive innovation to improve customer experience worldwide across many stakeholders, and teams. You will work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high quality, scalable products deployed around the world. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
