Job summary
Amazon's Consumer Customer Service Support team (C2S2) is seeking an experienced Content Developer. In this role, you will create and publish content designed to help our customers and customer service agents (CSAs). You will be responsible for supporting the long-term strategy of a key, global project with several stakeholders and complexities.

To excel in this position, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You must be able to manage tight deadlines and develop realistic schedules. You must be comfortable writing, creating, and publishing high quality content for a variety of audiences, while managing expectations with stakeholder teams.

Role to be preferably based in Berlin or Istanbul but open to any CS site location.


Key job responsibilities

  • Write and publish content for our internal and external customers
  • Make recommendations to inform content strategy
  • Manage several complex projects simultaneously, with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to gain alignment on content strategy and execution planning
  • Collect data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve content development processes
  • Provide content support for escalations or urgent situations
  • Own and drive continuous improvements to Amazon content and content authoring systems
  • Writing content using DITA or similar structured authoring standards
