Sr. Program Manager, Fire TV Experience in Berlin

Job summary
Fire TV is loved by tens of millions of customers worldwide. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to manage catalog operations. In this role, you will specifically work to create a set of mechanisms which identify pain points customers have and work with product managers to implement solutions to solve those problems. You will have the opportunity to develop the mechanisms and tools to make Fire TV the most customer obsessed entertainment device in the world today.

Key job responsibilities
• Create and own a Fire TV catalog and linear operations program
• Construct mechanisms to ensure that live and on-demand content data flows through to customers
• Be a subject matter expert and use that expertise to influence programs across Fire TV stakeholders and partners
• Scaling programs globally, understanding and factoring in local customer data

A day in the life
You will be the owner of catalog operations for Fire TV to create the mechanisms, understand the data, insights, and driving change based on those insights. The remit is global and there is large customer-facing impact. This role is a good fit for someone who is customer focused, data driven, is process oriented, and is not fazed by ambiguity.
