Amazon Appstore has millions of active users, and customers globally have access to tens of thousands of channels, apps, Alexa skills and more. We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated, and experienced individual to join the Content, Applications and Partner Engagement (CAPE) DE Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of email campaigns and marketing automation initiatives, and help build relationships and engagement with customers. You will lead the lifecycle marketing efforts to ensure every customer receives the right message at the right time, curated just for them. You will work with different teams to ensure best practices that help drive customer, conversion, engagement and retention. You will analyze and communicate performance, develop strategies and supporting business cases for investment, and partner closely work with leaders across the organisation to identify key business trends and identify new opportunities. The ability to drive a high-volume of quality output through yourself and others, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders are key skills we are looking for.
Key job responsibilities
* Own Amazon Appstore’s lifecycle marketing strategy for Fire TV and Fire Tablets, and report regularly to senior leadership on progress against conversion, engagement, and retention goals.
* Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns by developing cross-channel strategy, identifying customer segments and key messages.
* Generate deep insights about customers including customer insight surveys and invent new ways to delight and introduce/engage our customers with content of our third party developers.
* Continually improve the marketing automation campaigns by maximising engagement metrics (open rate, click thru rate, conversion etc.).
* Partner with Business Intelligence on the prioritisation of the highest ROI models, reporting, and insight generation that will drive needle-moving retention improvements.
* Build audiences and customer segmentation, deliver deep insights through data analysis and behavioral retargeting.
