EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations | Manager in Berlin

As Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, supporting the EMEA Central Sales organization, you will partner with Senior Sales Leaders across all EMEA regions to define and lead strategic planning processes and business performance inspection, leveraging data to make impactful business recommendations to senior management. This position will also lead the strategic definition of key sales support processes to meet the growth trajectory of the business and achieve the revenue and development objectives.

You should be passionate about sales, data and developing and owning analytics to unlock growth potential with a scalable approach. In this position, you will collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams, leading the incubation of new programs to deliver successfully against the highest standards. You will be collaborating with Sales leadership, Sales Operations teams and Data Scientists to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities for the AWS Central Sales EMEA business.

In this position, you will also engage with stakeholders in the extended AWS EMEA Sales organization, such as Business Development, Specialized Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and the Partner team, as well as be an integral part of the EMEA Sales Strategy and Operation teams.

Your analytic skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, strong business judgement and focus on our core operational processes to identify gaps and remove barriers to execution will make you a critical partner to Sales and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders.
