Job summary
We are looking for a senior manager to lead our Trustworthy Products group based in Luxembourg. You will lead an international team of program & risk managers and shape the future of risk management and customer trust on Amazon across Europe. This team prevents the listing of products that are illegal, controversial, or otherwise prohibited or restricted by Amazon policies.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and improve product policies in partnership with Legal, Retail & Seller business, Product Quality and others to protect our customers.
• Work with our product, operations, software and Machine Learning teams to ensure all product listings on Amazon in EU are trustworthy, legal to sell, and advertised in a legal manner.
• Further develop an international team of experts in risk management and customer protection.
• Work closely with external partners including governmental agencies to build customer trust.
