With headquarters in Spain, they are looking for a trainee in Human Resources for their offices in Mallorca
Jobbeschreibung
Supporting on assisting own-brand stores, in the geographical area assigned, with HR management, so that their human capital is suitable and compatible with the business strategy. Supporting general HR activities in our own-brand stores for this purpose: recruitment and selection, personnel management, working environment, training, performance appraisal, talent management and compensation.• Supporting Tasks: Maintaining Retail HR database, charts, and information systems; reviewing invoices and controlling budgets.
• Recruitment and Selection Tasks: supporting and managing selection processes in accordance with Company policies and standards: using sources for recruitment, pre-selection, interviews, setting technical and personality tests, candidate analysis, checking references, managing job offers and welcome plan.
• Training Tasks: Supporting training credit, and induction plans for new members of staff coming on board.
• Performance Appraisal and Potential Detection Tasks: helping in the implementation of the Performance Appraisal process, analysing results and managing the resulting action plans.
