Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant who is ready to take on a new challenge? Amazon is seeking a skilled, motivated and customer obsessed Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to support two AWS Strategic Sales Executives in Germany. You will own driving improvements and processes for a fast growing team while also providing high impact administrative support to the leaders of AWS Strategic Sales. The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment while keeping abreast of business objectives, standards, and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative. This role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, supporting multiple leaders, and coordinating domestic and international travel. Main responsibilities (including, but not limited to): - Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements - Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items - Act as a liaison for leader’s direct reports - Schedule complex and cost-effective travel (domestic and international) - Complete and file expense reports; utilizing both domestic and international currencies - Management of team space, including moves, re-configurations and new hire on-board management - Drive team logistics, including staff meeting agendas, supply ordering, and other key logistics - Organize team events within budget guidelines, and act as a resource to partner with other assistants on events - Support key annual operational planning process, business planning and performance review cycles - Close collaboration with departmental EA peers - Have fun at work and help others do the same.

The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Key Responsibilities
• Interacting with Board Level Assistants and equivalents on the customer side
• Manage multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
• Update team organizational charts
• Manage group logistics
• Coordinate travel
• Participate in planning of events
• Work with other assistants throughout the Auto team and across the rest of the company.

You are the guide and path finder of your Amazon executive, to successfully build trust with our customers, being customer obsessed and delivering results. You coordinate your executives meetings (external/internal), logistics, travel as well as you partner with the executive very closely to align all activities to serve the respective team members in its unit and our customer best. You continuously challenge yourself and your executive how to become more efficient going forward.
