Do you have the business savvy, experience with Academic medical center or University Hospitals, and technical understanding? Are you passionate about Healthcare? Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) is looking for an experienced Sales Executive (SE) in EMEA to drive the growth strategies for complex projects in Healthcare especially in clinical and research academic medical centers and university hospitals. As the SE, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of healthcare in EMEA and help exceed annual goals. Your responsibilities will be to own complex projects and healthcare tenders include working closely with the account management teams in EMEA countries, along with partner and the solutions team to obsess our customers. You will work together with AWS teams such as: Country Sales, the Partner Team (APN), Business Development, Marketing, and Professional Services.

The individual has shown success in creating a strong relationship with customers, in being the trusted advisor and communicating effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units especially with Academic Medical Centers and University Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a clinical/sales/business development background that enables her/him to work backwards from customer demands and to build solutions.

Preferred Location are Italy (Milano), France (Paris), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Germany (Berlin, Munich).


Key job responsibilities
• The role drives complex projects including tenders across the EMEA region with a holistic scope to accelerate digital transformation in AMC/UMC, to innovate through unlocking data and adopting AI/ML as well as to drive personalized and predictive medicine.
• This specialized sales manager role builds the customer relationship, develops the opportunities aligned with the respective country management, together with the technology teams designs the solution offerings and creates the financial offering together with the local sales teams.
• The Sales Executive supports incubation in non-verticalized countries, builds scaling mechanisms and helps recruit and develop healthcare sales teams.
• As part of the process, the Sales Executive engages with relevant System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors and Technology partner to ensure project success and to optimize the solution portfolio for our customers
• Managing internal communications and overall performance reporting cadence.
•Travel: 30%-50% of the time (approx.)
